- Set up a FREE meeting with your coach to chat about how we can help and to set a date for your first Assessment!
- After your first Balance Point Assessment you’ll work with your coach to set up a plan to reach your long and short term goals based on your available time throughout the week.
- You’ll be set up with your very own online logbook.
- Your coach will design a customised training program in your online logbook each week.
- Your coach will be in contact with you weekly to answer any questions you may have.
- Weekly Team Training Sessions are included in your monthly fee.
